We already have the .psd done and complete. We simply need someone to convert our .psd file to a wordpress theme. we need to be able to "Activate the WordPress Theme" threw the wp-admin section see attached for how we would like all of the files to be setup.

we will only select the winner if you can show us that you have done this before.
