Project Description:
I have a wordpress site with a theme, and I'm looking to adjust the existing theme. I would like to have site skins possible. The theme would just need to be changed to allow for site skins where the top banner, and sides can display a skin. They're like full page ads where just the border is the ad. I have examples ready to send, and would love to discuss the finer details with you. I'm hoping this can begin, and be developed relatively quickly, as I have the ads, and just need my site to be capable.
