Project Description:
My company resells SMS using the http://www.fastsms.co.uk gateway. We require a website that will be similar to our parent company. The website will allow visitors to create an/manage their account, purchase SMS and send SMS messages. Purchasing SMS will be carried out using online payment gateways such as paypal.
Users also be able to upload an excel file of numbers for which they want SMS sent.
Users will be able to schecdule an SMS to be sent later(using the sms api)
The site will have an admin area for admin users to administarte account settings, reset passwords, allocate SMS credits etc.
All the API calls required for carrying out the above listed functions are available in the attached document. No API development or changes are required.

The website can be developed using ASP.net or php prefarably .Net.
