I'm running a website written in PHP and i need to change the visual part. and you need to make it run.
The CMS is based upon module, list, controller..
The guy i'm looking for have to know css, html, javascript, graphic design. I already did most of how it should looks and what it should do, but you need to fix what it looks ugly and create what is missing.
