Project Description:
A website with rating and review system.
- Visitor can add a review about a certain skills people. i.e. doctors
- Visitor dont need to register, they click "add review", and choose some Categories to add the review and make a star rating of 1-5 star.
- Visitor can click on each city to get a list of all doctors in that city, on that doctor name they can click to see all reviews about that invidual doctor.

I will provide the graphic and layout. All you need to is make a script that will do the job for adding rating/review and sorting this tables.
(By the way, the original site is not for doctors but some other skills, but I dont want to post that on Internet because its a unique idea).
