Project Description:
I want a lightweight and fast, Question and answer site with social networking capabilities.

coding aspects include:
voting system for responses in the feed.
Limit on response length
Email notifications
Notification when answer to question by someone you’re following,group member/custom grouping, followers.
Enable custom grouping
Text links inside responses possible
No participant spamming(spam blocking)
Threading-feed comments

Display meta data through hover tool tips(display meta data of
someones profile.
Highlighted specific users in feed
Sign in with twitter or face book
URL shortener

Main feed for responses
Main question and response box.
7 distinct categories that users can click on to answer questions in that category. Categories must be color coded.

Unique user profile page
filters for friends, people, groups, following, followers, custom.
Profile Cards/user data cards that will show messages number/in box notifications of friends, groups, following, followers, new questions number.
Bottom or footer, will likely house followers, groups and latest

If interested in this project, I will need mockup of the concept I have outlined as well as what frameowork/open-source solutions will be utilized.
