Project Description:
Essentially this project is creating a customised article directory where users can upload and link to articles about working on cars.
There are probably three main options for building this website
1. Custom site/ CMS
2. Build off an existing CMS e.g. Wordpress /Joomla etc.
3. Build off an existing article directory script, customising to suit the requirements
I'm not fussed which method you choose however you must be able to meet all the specifications of the attached brief. Please indicate which method you would use and why when making your bid.
All the details are found in the attached brief. You MUST read brief before bidding on this project. I have also attached some screenshots detailing an idea of the basic layout, however if you have any better ideas I'm happy to listen.
A complete functional website is required however what is not required is a proper design, the design only needs to be basic like in the attached pictures. I will be holding a design competition for this site once the functionality is complete however that is completely separate. If you do want to include in the design of the site in your bid then please make sure this is clear.
