Hi there,
I need to customize a Wordpress template theme.
I found a template that I liked, unfortunately the developer doesn't have time to do a few modifications.
As I have purchased the theme ready for you to work out, I am looking for a budget of between $30-$50.
I need someone who can do a few modifications on it. All the instruction about design and modifications can be found attach in PDF file. The developer must be as much accurate as possible in order to match the PDF guideline design.
The template is already responsive, so if you do modifications, the template must still work for iPhone and iPad, so I'm only looking for experienced coders using responsive Wordpress.

The website should have a typography manager (maybe a Wordpress Plugin) for very easy modification with 3 types of font:
- Headline
- Title
- Text
Once all the modification has been approved , install the Wordpress template in my server.
