Database and Website creator urgently sought

Looking for someone to create a website and the database programme beneath. The website has already been designed (on paper and in images), so it just needs to be implemented together with the database. I don't want to give away too much here, but the website is a magazine that can be utilised for/by schools, colleges and universities for the purposes of education, societal change, entertainment, promotion and networking, and best of all, schools will be able to raise finances for themselves and their students. It will also be an incredible springboard to reach organisations, businesses and individuals. Excuse my poor knowledge of a field still a little alien to me, but prospective candidates must have the ability to create the website AND the database beneath the website. I would also like the website to be constructed using PHP. Knowledge of MySQL, Linux, HTML and CSS would also be useful. The downside first. 1; I have very little money to pay for this work. Just £1,000. 2; It is a relatively large amount of work to do on the database side. On the plus side. 1; We will have a contract to protect both of us and part of that contract will be £30,000 that will go to you from our first quarter profit OR from funds we will receive from government and foundations. 2; Should we work well together you will also have a well paying job with a degree of power. 3; You will be instrumental in changing the lives of millions of young people around the world who have a passion and a willingness to work hard, but little hope of turning that into jobs, money or hope for their futures. 4; You will be in at the start of the building of a platform that will become the forefront of fresh ideas and innovation in the fields of news and entertainment. Because I have such a small amount of money, this job may be best suited to recent graduates who need a unique and eye-catching project as a showcase for their skills, though I will accept anyone who is capable and willing. This is a job that can be done in your spare time. Please understand, like any other innovator, this project means everything to me and has been 5 years in the making, so no time wasters, wafflers or thieves. All prospective candidates will be expected to sign non-disclosure agreements so I can protect myself from theft. Lastly, I have seen many people go through life without taking a chance, only to end up decades later looking back at their lives wishing they had made different choices. I ask you to invest in yourself. At worst, you will do the work, earn little money and nothing will come of it. That will be 8 weeks or so of your life and it will carry on as normal afterwards. At best, this project will go as hoped and though, yes, we will make a lot of money, better than that, we will change the lives of millions of people out there, just like me, who have much to offer the world but not the finances, connections or power to change the world for the better and offer hope and opportunity to our youth.
