We would like a:
Branded artist portal
With branded back end royalties calculation

- with unique login for each artist
- unique label login to access, get an overview and edit individual accounts.
- all via the web

Main divisions

We would like to upload existing statements from our record distributor, mcps, ppl and have it automatically arranged into the correct fields.

We would like it to be accessed via the net and use information from csv statements or input directly from hard copies.

A&R stands for artist and relations, they are responsible for additional promotional activity and through our business model get a commision from artist revenue.

mcps is the Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society and pay royalties to song writers for their mechanical performance.

ppl (Phonographic Performance Limited) licenses sound recordings and music videos for use in broadcast, public performance and new media. they collect and distribute relevant royalties to artists and record labels.

Additional info:
We will be looking for a very simple site with limited design but clean precise functionality.
Have a webadmin login that can upload and maintain information for specific users (Artists) in effect giving them their own pages on the site that only they can log into. Allow you to manage those user accounts, create and delete them, create and delete pages on the site that relate to those users.
Provide multiple secure (SSL) user logins that take them to their sections of the site where they can view and download information (which may be structured into separate navigable sections on the site)
Have the ability for webadmin to upload and manage documents on the portal
Allow users or there agents to upload or input information on the site?
email alerts to:
users when you have uploaded new information / documents to their section of the portal
webadmin when users have accessed their account and or downloaded particular information.
