Project Description:
We require a brilliant service provider to design and develop our new mobile app funding website. The website will facilitate online communication between app idea generators and our angel investors, as part of the early stages of funding a mobile app.
We have a design in mind and will provide detailed requirements, process flows and additional detail only to a few shortlisted service providers. At a high level, our requirements for the website are:
1. Enable the 'Site User' to login / signin and submit their app idea along with their personal contact details
2. Enable 'Site User' to pay a small submission fee as they submit their idea
3. This financial transaction to be facilitated via PayPal
4. Receipt to be generated once transaction goes through
5. Enable the 'Site Administrator' to read and consider the app idea
6. Enable 'Site Administrator' to provide thoughts and feedback on submitted app idea
7. Enable 'Site User' to login / signin and view their 'Profile' to see the ideas they have submitted - and the comments provided by the 'Site Administrator'
8. Enable each submitted idea to have a status [Pending Review, Reviewing, Rejected, Accepted]
9. Enable 'Site User' to write draft notes in a 'Notes' area on their profile
This website will also require a detailed admin section to manage and view the messages and payments coming through the front-end. High level admin section requirements are:
1. View and manage all users (idea generators)
2. View and manage all App Idea submissions
3. Respond to App Idea submitter and provide feedback on submitted idea. This should have the ability to save and then publish comments back to the submitter
4. Change submission fee as required

We are very committed to this project and its successful completion. Please also note, there is follow on work for the right service provider who can successfully deliver this project.
