Develop a Lead / Quote website based on other sample websites (wordpress)

Dear freelancer,

I would like to have a copy of the following tender/quote/lead websites.

www.zon*wer*ing*offertes.com (please remove the *)

Our dutch website (offe*rtes.in) is a website where consumers can fill in their postcode and fill in a form to get quotes of different kind of products, these products are sold by companies in a certain region. These leads are sold to companies who sell these products. An “offerte” is a quote of a special made product, for example: a roof chapels/windows (dakkapellen), blinds (zonwering) etc. I first want to set-up 5 websites (every site need to have a own website) and have a button, to get to the main website.

The websites need to have a new 2.0 version and modern look (I prefer the look and feel of (http://www.dak*kapellen*vergelijker.nl), and a great pictures that shows what kind of products a customer can get a quote from.
The website need to have the following features:

- offert*es.in is the main site, and need to have a feel and look as this page: http://www.start*offer*tes.nl/Home.html in combination with (http://www.dak*kapellen*vergelijker.nl)
- A different look as the sample website (http://www.dak*kapellen*vergelijker.nl) also create an own home style with logo etc, the basics need to be the same as the sample website. Also a small and easy page where the customer can fill in their features.
- Postcode option, with all the postcodes and addresses from the netherlands, same as the sample site.
- All the same website pages, need to be the same. You can copy the text, but put different high quality well photgraphed pictures. I will rewrite all the text.
- Google analytics included, on every page a code. Also install this in my google analytics account, where I can see what my visitors are doing at the website, and on which page they are leaving.
- SEO friendly website (maybe wordpress site?) please give me advice, if you think do have a better idea.
- CMS system where you can add and change all the information on the pages.
- Administration friendly system (back-end_, where all the customer quotes are put in. And the quotes need to be sent easily to my end customers (the businesses, who want to receive the quotes)
- Quote confirmation mail to the person who filled in the form.
- Cookie pop-up and feedback button, same as the website: independer.nl
- Blog function at every different website, where I can put pictures and information about the products.
- Companies need to sign up, so they need to get a 1-2-3 explanation how we work. I like the feel and look of http://www.dakk*apellen*vergelijker.nl/aanmelden but I think, we I think the following site explain it better to the customer (so make a mix): http://www.zonwering*offer*tes.com/bedrijven
- Mobile version of the website

I like to have a clean and simple but great looking website, with some attractive buttons.
