Drupal Paypal Integration

Project Description:
I have a beta Drupal 5.7 site that needs some additional or improved functionality. I don't think we need any custom programming but we do need someone with a good command of installing and configuing modules, handling paypal, and controlling dynamic content based on user roles.

The site is available to view on a development server http://dev.mindandmedia.com/ygl

We already have user profiles set up related to the work we require:
visitor - anonymous, unauthenticated user
supporter - a registered but non-paying member of the site
member - a registered paying member of the site

Requirements

Dynamic Content on home page at top right of right column:
Visitors see "Join Now" and "Donate" buttons
Supporters see "Upgrade" and "Donate" buttons
Members see "Donate" button only

Payments and Events
We currently have simple Paypal module plus e-commerce module and I don't know how they are working, but we seem to have to fill out a shopping form in drupal and then have to re-enter information in Paypal. We want something like the lm_paypal module so we can handle subscriptions and donations. We need a better registration process for joining the site (as either Supporter or Member), registering for events, and donating.

We would like to add events via our calendar but then have them tied to e-commerce.
We need pricing based on user level. Visitors and Supports will have to pay, members don't pay anything
Event registration must collect email address on registration (opt-in), to send event reminders
Event registration must offer user ability to join the organization. Users can join but at non-paying members or paying members

We may decide to sell products, too. So if you think there is a better solution than lm_paypal, please offer that. But we must have paypal/drupal intergration so we can determine subscription level as access level to the site.

We will need the following e-commerce options
paypal integration so we can set user level based on subscription payment.
reminders sent to renew subscriptions
We have one membership level for $35
Events may cost various amounts
Donations are a minimum of $35 but users can type in any amount
ability to add products for sale later on

Automated Registration Emails
We would like the admin to get an email when a person joins, because the membership must be approved.
We would like an email to be sent to the user once the Admin approves (confirmation/welcome email)
We would like emails to to go to users to remind Members of renewal dates. I think lm_paypal module can do this.

Other tasks
Add a CAPTCHA module to stop spam to foms, sign up pages, etc.
