This map will be placed on a Wordpress website, must work as a plugin and also short-code to get placed on any page/post on the site.
This map will be located on the home page replacing the existing Search Homes For Sale Area, the with must conform with the CSS of the site and the height must be proportioned to look good.

This map will have 4 stage/step process.
Step 1 (County)
Visitors first will see a map of a Southern California Counties, when they select a specific county, selected county on the map must change color and look similar to the provided map on http://parkregency.com/. or
http://www.agent123.com/heidisrar/show.aspx?url=http%3a%2f%2fidx123.realtytech.com%2fheidiharper2%2fdefault.aspx
Step 2 (Regions in County)
When visitors click on the highlighted are (county) a new map (sub-map) of that county should come up and the visitor should city the regions in that County, for Los Angeles County please see sample http://projects.latimes.com/mapping-la/neighborhoods/
Step 3 (Neighborhood/City)
When visitors click on the highlighted are (Neighborhood/City) a new map (sub-sub-map) of that region should come up and show the list of the Neighborhoods/City in that region,
Example - Neighborhood/City for San Fernando Valley inside the Los Angeles County Region http://projects.latimes.com/mapping-la/neighborhoods/region/san-fernando-valley/
Step 4 (Hyper Link Forwarding)
When visitor is looking at different Neighborhood/City names, they should be able to click on a City Name and one they press their mouse they should be forwarded to a link that is attached to that Neighborhood/City.
Example – inside http://projects.latimes.com/mapping-la/neighborhoods/region/san-fernando-valley/ region, there are different Neighborhood/City which I need to be able to select and the link to that city name will be a hyperlink of my choice

Admin must be able to hyperlink to the Name of the Neighborhood/Cities and also be able to edit this hyperlink at any time.
Programmer / Designer must be able to create a lay out of maps that will animate and changes color when mouse hovers over a specific designated area of the map and once the mouse is clicked a new map to come up . This map will consist of multiple Counties, Regions and Neighborhood/Cities.

This is a work-for-hire projects and all rights must be fully transferred.
