Project Description:
To Upgrade an existing website in terms of Design alignment, and plan for future upgrades, user functions, site traffic generation and overall business performance increase as a marketing tool , and subsequent sales tool.
Phase 1 + 2 : Target Completion : July 2008
The Site at present services as a marketing tool, representing the Brand, Philosophy and general product lines of Earthpacs. The upgrade 2.0 required is subject to the quality of the request for proposal from freelancers and design / website specialists. The budget for overall upgrade is presently set for US$500 – US$1500 depending on the quality of proposal and staged delivery of work from the project winners.
Phase 3 : Target Completion Nov 2008
The final component being stage 3, is dependent on winners being able to complete the work, and offer further web design, programming and overall project proposals that meet the projects needs to get to the next upgrade for version 3.0 with an additional budget ranging from US$1750 – US$2,350. Phase 3, will begin will all the issues outlined or not-as-yet- executed in phase 1 and 2 for the Earthpacs 2.0 website. This is targeted to be completed by Nov 2008.
This Project will be approved in 3 Main phases.
The total budget for the Project Is Estimated between $US500 – US$1500.
The time delivery will also be measured in 3 phases,
Final Delivery of Project is expected to be completed within 35 - 40 days from the 1st commission of the job from phase 1.
Payment to Service Provider will be made Upon completion of Each Phase of the Project in the following ranges :
• Part 1 : Budget US$35 – US$250 ( Several Approved Reports May be Accepted from Different Consultants)
• Part 2 : Budget : US$120 – US$220 : ( Winners from Part 1 Will engage in the Site Development Areas, which they were best able to Plan and Organize in the report from Part 1.
• Part 3 : Overall Domain : Winning Bidders who have delivered in Part 1 and Part 2 , May be asked to Get involved in Part 3.
