~ Code this PSD into Tableless CSS and XHTML strict
~ CSS and XHTML codes for all pages must be valid
~ Compatible with the latest wordpress version
~ Widgetized sidebars
~ Theme can be fluid (preferably) or fixed (fixed theme must fit all popular screen resolutions with no left scrolling)
~ Must be compatible with ie, firefox, opera and all major browsers
~ Graphics must remain the same crisp quality It will be the chosen coders responsibility to install fully functioning theme on our server and set up the pages to reflect the attached screenshot. All bidders must estimate the time of completion for this project if they cant finish in 7 days
