Ok very simple project
1. Website consists of 2 pages
Page one: consists of a single form that has 7 fields that a guest can complete and submit.
This form is sent to a list of email addresses that are relevant to the category and town selected in the form as well to the website administrator.
Page two: consists of a single form that has 3 fields once completed the form is sent to the administrator of the website where he can then add that submission or email address to a relevant category and town.
In summary: if I am a guest the website and I am looking for accommodation I would complete the first form and hit send. That enquiry would be sent off to all email addresses listed under the relevant category and town I selected in the form.
If I am an establishment owner and I want my establishment email to be listed to a category and town to receive enquiries I would then complete the form on page 2 which the website admin would screen before adding he email address to the category and town for that establishment.
