1) Create FAQ's Page (Full Site: https://www.nelsonsinsurance.co.uk/faqs.html - Mobile Site: https://www.nelsonsinsurance.co.uk/m/faqs.html ), each header expands the subject text with FAQ’s tab in between Why Nelsons and Get a Quote. Use existing emplate and white text box as per the overall website design. Please store these in a MySQL database for easy additions, edits and changes.
Q1: What happens if I have a claim?
Answer: Your dedicated insurance broker will manage the claim on your behalf acting as liaison between you and the insurer. This speeds up the claims process and you are more likely to have the claim settled to your satisfaction than managing the claim yourself. Your insurance broker will also negotiate claims settlement on your behalf in the event of a dispute.
Q2: Will my premium increase at renewal?
Answer: Your dedicated insurance broker continually looks for market shifts and trends and so is in the best position to offer you the best cover at the best price at renewal. Your broker will negotiate with your present insurer if the price increases and also shop around for you to get you the best deal. Less than 5% of our premiums increase at renewal unless a claim has been made.
Q3: If I need to make changes to my policy who do I contact?
Answer: Your dedicated insurance broker will always be at the end of the phone and usually outside of office hours and at weekends. You will know your broker by name and they will be your first and only point of contact. If you need to make changes to your policy, have a question or need report a claim your broker will deal with it for you.
Q3: Do I need to tell my broker of any changes to my policy?
Answer: If you are in doubt then the answer is ‘Yes’. Your insurance policy is based on material facts stated at the time the policy was accepted or renewed. If there has been a change in those material facts the insurers need to know. A failure to advise them could result in a claim being denied.
Q4: How can I pay for my insurance?
We accept all traditional forms of payment most commonly our clients pay in full by cheque, debit or credit card or pay monthly by Direct Debit or standing order. Nelsons Insurance Brokers are licensed credit brokers.
