Project Description:
My project have two parts:
1:On page exit Popup/Popunder without blocking.
I am looking for a Exit Popup code that will work in all or most browsers. Really the main ones im looking for are both IE and firefox. This code should work when a user leaves the site and this exit popup should then do its thing in those browsers without being blocked.
2:onclick page anywhere open popup/popunder without blocking.
I need javascript code for pop-up/under who will work in last versions of most new browsers, special firefox (2, 3 etc.) and IE (6,7,8)...also in all latest browsers.
In this moment I using openx for serving ads but pop-up/under code is very bad and don`t working in FF/IE (blocked) and I need better code...
I need standard pop-up/under code and not dhtml, layer etc...
I know that this is possible because affiliate networks like cpxinteractive, paypopup etc. serving pop-under ads without problems (if blocked they display pop-up/under when user click on page)...

You have to develop its CMS for admin Panel and Publishers.
in admin panel admin can add new Campaign with sections:
Popup name:
Popup Url address:
Target countries: here all countries check boxes will be shown.only selected countries popup will be shown
Frequency capping:means it will show one time this url address in 1IP
in admin panel admin can see all Publishers opened popup report means How much popup this Publisher opened today, yesterday ... etc
admin can see country wise and url wise report
