I require a website that the user can input expenses they incur in the course of their work duties. The idea is so they can keep a record to provide their accountant at tax time.
Functionality required is as follow:
1. Mobile site where user can upload photos of receipts - normail site will have photo/PDF upload capability
2. Login area for the user
3. Separate Login can be create by the user for their accountant to access their files
4. Ability to create a report of each transaction entered in .csv or PDF file
5. This will be a pay by the month service - I require advice as to how best to charge users
6. Back End database building and ability to send mail to all contacts on database
