Project Description:
We need a our existing website which currently runs on Joomla to be converted to a responsive design. Does not have to be Joomla but does need to have a CMS (custom or otherwise). The current website is heavily configured via Joomla and database and the database is important to retain.
This website is VERY Large. It contains community information, businesses and data for an entire tourism area.
We will only entertain actual quotes from people who know how to write a proper quotation and do not simply reply with "we are ready to start". We expect a full written quotation via email. Only quotes from North America will be accepted. You will be given full details to quote on only after we have reviewed your credentials. This project is open for bidding for 2 hours only!
