Hello. I am a pro web developer witth a lot of experience in drupal. You can see my reviews from the perople i worked over the years on freelancer. Most of them came back to me to work outside freelancer. If we will work together, i will estimate each task (or greou pf tasks), and i can bring a lot of sugestions for improving your site. For example, the wiew on your front page should have ajax pagination, because is reloading the page and making useless trafic. For social network i wold recomand easy_social (for twitter, facebook, linked and google plus). If you want more we could use sharethis module, but i do not like it because it opens the social network in new page. Esa sicial is opening in a iframe.
