I'm looking to create a website which allows users to UPLOAD documents and DOWNLOAD documents. Uploading documents can give reward points which can be used to download documents for free. Otherwise downloading documents are purchased.
I would like a rating system, commenting section for documents. Documents should be able to filed into specific files which users can create. I would like a section for user notifications eg. tutoring services and book sales
There should also be donation links for administrators and those that upload if rating systems and downloads are high. There should also be commissions from purchase price to certain high rated up-loaders
This website should be highly organised an user friendly. Market for users are students including early teenagers to early twenties.
An important system is the ability to provide online review to limit repeated and plagiarized uploads, empty uploaded and under word limit documents.
