We are looking for a serious, talented individual or team to finish developing a website for our new online startup company.

The team that we previously hired finished a lot of the work, but we had to part ways with this team because they could not finish the project in a timely manner. I would estimate that the website is 60-70% complete, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
The site is currently built with Kohana PHP and MySQL.
I am attaching the original website requirements that were used to begin developing the website. The website needs to be completed so that all these requirements are met. In addition, I am attaching a list of most of the important requirements that have not yet been completed. This list also contains a sizable list of bugs and changes that need to be made as well.
We are open to either paying a fixed price or on an hourly basis for this project. However, if you bid on an hourly basis, please provide a ballpark figure of hours that the project will require to finish and your hourly rate. If our development with you goes well, we'd be interested in continuing to work with you on an hourly basis.
Estimated budget: $2,000-$8,000.
Estimated deadline: within 6 weeks.
PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN THE ALLOTTED DEADLINE AND ARE TRULY QUALIFIED TO WORK ON THIS JOB. If we begin work and I am not impressed with the work completed, we will have to cut off the project development and find a new provider. I am sorry if this sounds harsh, but this has already happened with our last development team, and I don't want it to happen again.
