Project Description:
I have the Fiverr Script and would like to remodel the template.
It is not complicated, the files are well organized and ready
to run on localhost.

The script has a folder "theme" with all .tpl's ready to be modified.
1. I need the whole website redesigned graphically. I need new colors, new logos, new shapes of boxes, new icons (for like, dislike etc). I need custom graphic work done for the background. I will show you work similar to what I am looking for once I choose you. I also need custom banners that use the same graphic work as the website.
2. I need to change the words "I will _________" to "I ________ for only 6$" or something similar. I need this changed throughout the whole website. I also need to change some of the wording throughout the whole site. I need you to add some text for me. I also need you change words such as "Gigs" and other words.
3. I need a contact us form with several drop down boxes and a box where they can type their issue - made in HTML + CAPTCHA CODE.
