Fix Dreamweaver Templates So It Updates All Pages Associated With Them

A website was designed using 2 dreamweaver templates. template.dwt and template2.dwt. These two templates update all of the html pages of the website. Somehow the templates and the html pages became unassociated with themselves. I can't update the html pages any longer. On top of that the client duplicated one of the template files and made a template3.dwt but as far as I know it wasn't part of the original website. I need the html pages to be fixed so that when a change is made to the template.dwt and template2.dwt they update the html pages again.

When I make a change to the main template.dwt and hit save, I get a javascript error and then it tells me that the editable regions in the document are no longer associated with the template and they need to be reassigned. Anyhow, attached is a zip file with the html pages, and the two template files. I need the template and pages to be fixes so I'm able to update the html pages from the template files.
