Fixes/modules to website

I need to do some customize changes. 1. i need to make the header and footer look like the homepage 2. i need to add custom parts to the affiliate program. I need to add a custom module that allows affiliates to place orders and key credit cards of customers. allowing for affiliate shipping or drop shipping (see attached pdfs 1 AND 2 ) 3. i need the affiliate to be able to upload a personal photo [login to view URL] 4. i need custom sign up page, that includes our kits.(see attached word document - KIT APPLICATIONt) 5 level up and common question tabs completed (see documents, LEVEL UP AND COMMON QUESTIONS) 6. when you click on a affiliate it shows the affiliate # not the name, i would like that changed [login to view URL] 7. i need to install / update the API for our products. api can be found at [login to view URL] 8. i need affiliate profile page to be changed, or customizable I DO NOT WANT A BLANKET QUOTES.
