Football Tipster Website

What i require is a website which can do the following : 1. Take all the football matches for each day which kick off after 17:00 UK Time. All Matches from every country. 2. Take the previous 5 results for each team. 3. Take previous 5 home results for home team 4. Take previous 5 away matches for away team 5. Take previous 5 head to head matches 6. Calculate Average goals for each game scored and conceded. For example, in the previous 15 matches (previous 5 matches, 5 home or away depending on if they are at home or away, previous 5 head to heads). 7. Home teams goals scored average is then multiplied by the average conceded for the away team. and then done the same for the away team. Could be for example 3.4252 and 1.2534. 8. The goal difference being : 2.1718 (keep this score) 9. Then put the matches in order of difference for correct score. So highest difference being at the top of the list ( only top 8 matches available for users, but all games available to admin) 10. Then round the scores down to the nearest to create a real score. for example from above it would be 3-1. 11. This all needs to be done automatically at about 01:00 UK time. And also send an email to all user to say that all matches have been calculated. So there would be a list on the website, for example : Date : 1 March 2013 Man Utd v Chelsea - 3-1 (2.1718) only show goal difference to admin Liverpool v Arsenal - 0-2 (1.7856) all in order of goal difference. The Website itself, must have a clean design. A user has to register and pay to gain access to the information on a monthly subscription using Paypal only. I must be able to create discount codes and free trials within the admin area also. I would prefer this to be done using wordpress also. Thanks
