Freelancer Site wanted

Please read carefully before bidding: I want to create a freelancer site I have acquired the domain name, but I have not required a script, as there are several scripts out there on the market, but copies. There are two options: for this bidding: Option 1) I acquire a script that a programmer recommends, and a programmer makes it better than what it is, preferably like this site but not the same: [login to view URL] but with Google Adsense and a banner as well. Plus a small logo and gets it up and running with meta keywords. Option 2: A programmer might already have made a script and can do some slight alteration to make it stand out. I am open to options, but please don’t bid and say you can do it and you don’t have a clue, budget is limited.
