I am seeking an online system that will allow member registration (pay) to access, and GPS tracking services, allow multiple items tracked under user account, and Account Creation from external shopping system as option... after checkout, query string passes data to system and sends email with login credentials. Also, dynamic geo fence. Ability to have a diameter around one device act as a fence, this device is mobile. When second device gets out of first device fence, trigger alarm, txt message to first device, etc. I am considering OPENGPS, but not completely satisfied. Require accompaning Admin Levels to administer site, members, and tracking units. Require source code. Require iPhone, iPad, Android, and latest phone apps to be downloadable to track within this Online Server System. Require full completion and upload to my server in 15 days.
