Project Description:
I need a functional website for incentive based marketing that tracks user actions and credits their account with points when action is confirmed. Actions include "paid to click" (PTC), paid to register or email submit, paid to download, paid to buy (PPS). I would also like the site to offer draws on products where x points = 1 ticket in the draw. The functionality of this will be very similar to that of swagbucks.com, please base your quote on a near replica of the features available there. This project will also require a complete design/UI front end back end.
