Looking for a *savvy* developer or team to develop my WordPress MU SaaS project.
My project will be built on WordPress MU using Genesis Framework, or instead of using Genesis, someone who can bring some of the SEO strengths of Genesis into my project. My service will be offered as a monthly subscription, with tiered pricing.
What I need developed is a SaaS - "Real Estate Website Builder" similar to: http://goo.gl/W5Blj, and http://goo.gl/MqcgC, and http://goo.gl/P55xl, this last one isn't a web builder/SaaS.
Project requirements:
1) HTML5
2) Custom White Label management panel for *my* admin side where I can administer the entire service, client accounts, etc.
3) Custom White label Client Dashboard: I DO NOT want the client to see OR use the standard WP dashboard or functions, I want to offer clients an EASY to use admin panel similar to ePanel by http://www.elegantthemes.com/features/ (click the video)
4) Design Themes will be "both" Responsive, and Non-Responsive (non responsive for lower price tier, responsive for premium tier).
5) 15 Themes, *each* Theme will come in a total of 3 layout options.
6) Drag & Drop Visual Theme Editor: Themes will have FULL customization options. When a client selects a theme I want to give them the option to FULLY customize the layout and color scheme, fonts, etc. for a complete custom website. Here is a WP visual composer I found http://demo.wpbakery.com/vc/, it has good features, although this is a "composer" to compose NEW websites, it still a bit difficult to understand/use, I want t offer my clients painless/easy to use "drag and drop theme EDITOR" NOT "composer", clients will NOT build sites from scratch on my system, they will select a theme and either use the theme as is or edit it via the Visual Editor, similar to: http://vimeo.com/42773136
7) Clients site by default will have the common pages as commonly found on the average Real Estate website.
8) If the client is a Broker, they will be able to create unlimited user profiles with login access for agents, this will allow agents to have an Agent Bio page on the Brokers website and utilize other back office tools provided with our system. There should be the ability for public Profiles/Bio Pages to be FULLY optimized.
9) Unlimited Property Pages/Listing Creator: The client will have an interface to create unlimited property listings. Agents who login to the Brokers website will be able to add their properties to the Brokers website. The ability to FULLY optimize Property Pages.
10) Complete Control over SEO Optimization Options: Ability to optimize Home Page, Agent Bios, Property pages, Blog posts, newly created pages, or content.
11) Agent Bio's will show Agent's Listings.
12) Google Map and Street View and Bing Birds Eye View on client uploaded properties.
13) Client can create unlimited SEO Optimized pages for whatever they need, such as Community or Neighborhood Pages.
14) Social Media Enabled: Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, etc.
15) Blogging
16) Custom Lead Capture Form Creator
17) Automated Property Marketing/Distribution: Ability to have their listings appear in network of sites: Trulia, Zillow, Hotpads.com and m=others, via API feed or other means.
18) Custom CRM, Task Manager, Document Center/Manager, Address Book
19) Lead Distribution: If client is a broker, leads can be distributed to agents based on criteria, location, or rotation.

21) Plugin Library: I would like to offer clients the ability to launch any of a variety of plugins. Number of plugins available per account will vary based on the pricing tier the client signs up for.
NOTE: Most of the functions above can be created by customizing existing available plugins.
I am aiming to launch this service by January 1, 2013, so it must be completed and tested prior to this date.
