Web site development. The Website should have a spinning globe similar to google earth as its main page.
The administrator should have the ability to enter a location to this globe which should be displayed as either a red or green dot. No other locations apart from countries and towns and locations entered by the administrator should be on the site.
The red or green dot will open up another page which should have the content of an IP address assigned to it which in turn links to a camera.
A red dot signifies that the camera is already being "controlled" by a user and a new user will only have viewing ability.
A green dot signifies that the camera is controllable. The user should then be presented with an option to either just view or to pay for 10 minutes (via paypal) to get a user name and password that will allow control of the camera. (Cameras used are standard PTZ).
The control access must only last for ten minutes then they must be automatically be logged out and the username and password will no longer work.
The username and password must be autogenerated and must be a series of letters and numbers.
There needs to be a small space for a logo that can be changed if necessary.
The price that the time slot is sold at must be able to be edited by the administrator.
There must be a section where a user can buy a ticket for a reduced price per minute that will give a number of hours. This user should be able to log in and use any green camera until his time is up. Inactivity for 10 minutes should automatically log him out at which time his counter is put on hold until he logs in again.
Camera output will be rebroadcast from a streaming server so that bandwidth is not a problem for multiple users.
The site must be editable by the administrator upon completion of the project.
There must be a link to a demo of the camera output on the main page.
