Hi there reader
I have a web project for a video/stream/file download website. You can find a sample at http://hdgameplay.com/Testiste/index.html )
I need you to create everything for it:
1. Website design - dynamic main page, video page (same as the stream page), membership page, upload page and integrate all advertisements (link, full page ads, in video ads - we will provide the codes (also dynamic ulr))
2. Video stream client. A simple, small stream client streaming video and sound (possibly attaching webcam video in a window)
3. Server administration. Prepare the servers for uploading and streaming.
4. Memberships. Create payment systems based on paypal/moneybookers/sms payments - we will give you accounts and information.
Members can earn money per views/downloads/referrals etc therefore some calculation has to be done per video page.
5. Adjust/fix/support the page for 60 days

Additional information:
* We would like the website to support embedding of other videos from other websites (youtube, vimeo etc)
* Project payout would be between 6.000-10.000 USD depending on quality/speed
* Most of the work would need to be done independently (aka decide for yourself) as we are not as involved in tech solutions
* Website design is not decided yet, but we would like to stick with the current dark theme
