Project Description:
A horse racing tipster website where members pay weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions using paypal. Tips are sent by email or text. The site should have a members' log in area, a results page showing the previous month, quarter and annual results, and a count down to the next race and a calender. Joomla is prefered.
