Hello,
We would like to improve our web presence. We have an old fashioned web site which needs redesign, make additions. But before starting this I would like to take advice from an experienced person who will examine our existing web site and communicate with me by email and skype to understand our needs . This person will help me to write a description of "what is needed" which will be make a New Project at Freelancer. So this is the first step of creating our new web site, so the person should have a general understanding of modern web presence. She should be able to discuss questions like why or why not to use Wordpress infrastructure to update the web site or which hosting service etc. Please let those bid who has previous experience and good references. Communication and general understanding of modern web presence is the key here.
