Implement Wordpress website on purchased template [updated]

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in this mini project. Please read everything completely before you respond in detail.

I am looking for a super high quality website based on a Wordpress template I've already purchased called "Memento" (if you happen to know it).

The site is already installed and I have most of the text for the site ready too.

Where I need help:
- create pages and menus on my Wordpress test site (maybe 10-15 pages max), the website needs to be in powerpoint style (i.e. powerful, short messages with quality images to complement the experience; imagine you are someone with little time and want to quickly get to the point)
- add photos or images (you should have a stock image membership ideally where we together can choose from)
- ensure the right colour scheme is used (I have examples), the look and feel needs to be super high quality (the same quality you would get when you would go to a premium members-only club)
- a new background image in line with the colour scheme of my site and business cards
- tweaking of the colours of the Wordpress template for the high quality look and feel
- tweaking of php where needed (help is available via template support if needed) - keeping a full audit trail of changes
- remove all old standard template pages and clean up
- move the test site to a new installation on my live site (so avoid hardcoding urls etc)
- updating of SEO text using Yoast, to ensure it's fully SEO ready
- submit to search engines / get my ranking high

All fairly basic for an expert - this can be done within a couple of days elapsed time. I'm expecting this can be ready within less than a week given how much I've been able to do myself without too much website design knowledge.

Access to my wordpress admin, FTP (unlocked by IP address), etc will all be made available.

What is important:
- fast and quality communication (your English needs to be excellent)
- fast turnarounds so I can see the site 'grow' and feel confident in you delivering
- option for us to call via skype / discuss requirements and progress in the evenings (GMT, UK)
- having a creative / design background helps as I appreciate a creative eye
- having examples of websites you have delivered is important (please do not show a site that you have had only little involvement in because I will validate references)

Notes:
- I have fired two web design companies already who did not respect deadlines and who did not appreciate my time is precious so my patience has run out. If you promise to deliver something tomorrow, then I fully expect to see something tomorrow. Doesn't have to be the complete website of course, but I like to work iteratively so I can see things progress bit by bit every single day.
