Use an input screen to complete an insurance application
Then auto transfer the data to an existing but blank insurance application.
The unique issue is that the fillable applications are state specific and have very minor differences - so the key data from the input screen that would identify which form to use is the 2 letter state id. There are about 12 different applications in this case. (some are the same for multiple states)
