Joomla Magazine Website able to deal RTL and LTR Content

Project Description:
We need a Joomla based website for a multilingual Magazine Website. The Budget is 200$ for whole work and we will escrew 100$ after rewarding the project immediatly. Please, keep in mind that money will ONLY BE released after whole work is completed 100% and according to the listed details and our satisfactory. Please, give us a timeLine for completing the work which really is realizable for you. We await a daily progress report without asking extra.

1) Multilingual Website for an OnlineMagazine


1.1 - Based on Joomla 2.5


1.2 - Template based on "??????"
1.2.1 - Horizontaly flipped "????" template
1.2.2 - RTL as well as LTR content possibility ( rtl and ltr alignment possible in headline and in article body / for the case we want to publish rtl and ltr articles in the same box)
1.2.3 - Place for Ad on the left side of the Banner
1.2.4 - Change columns background/shadows like in "?????" / clearly defined and ordered column borders
1.2.5 - Add Multimedia Slider like in transcript theme of wordpress (pictures, picture gallaries, picture(s) with audio(like in: ??????), articles, audios, videos, polls)
1.2.6 - Special Fonts - embed our Fonts in the script so that the visitors dont have to download them
1.2.7 - Website Content should be easily readable in Mobile Phones
1.2.8 - Example articles / Place holders for all categories and columns (for better understanding of the website structure for us)
1.2.9 - Visitor counter/Statics for Admin

1.4.1 - Box: Show latest 5? articles published on website ( inside the article body, while reading it)
1.4.2 - Box: Show 5? most visited articles (inside the article body)
1.4.3 - Box: Show 5? other articles of the same author (inside the article body)
1.4.4 - Box: Show 5? most read articles
1.4.5 - Changing Ads at the bottom? side? of an article
1.4.6 - List of similar articles/audios/videos/internal links/external links at the bottom
1.4.7 - "Leave a Comment" for the readers having no facebook(should only be published, after they are read by Admin/Auto)
1.4.8 - Facebook comments
1.4.9 - "Send this article" to a friend ( save the emailadress of the friend?)
1.4.10- Article pictures (possible to let joomla bring any picture in the right pre defined size for us?)

2) Backup
2.1 - You would need to find a Backup solution for us ( Backup with template/menues... as installable archive)
2.2 - You would need to find a Backup solution for us through which we can backup whole content (catagories, articles,...)

3) Interactivity
3.1 - Visitors/Autors should be able to send their articles to the system without having an autor account (these articles should only be publishable by admin or those autors having rights for it, with as less clicks as possible!)(for example like in: http://???????)( with spam security)
3.2 - Facebook Connection (first name: "???" Second name: "????"), Facebook Like it, Comment
3.3 - Twitter Connection (username: "????.com")
3.4 - G+ and Youtube Connection (username: "????")
3.5 - Connection with all other social networks
3.5 - Possibility for visitors to leave comment on an article without having an account (with spam security)
