Project Description:
I am very familiar with Joomla and Template Design for Joomla. I need a component written to handle online ordering for Restaurants. Joomla utilizes Parent/Child category and is the perfect platform.
In the back-end a new Restaurant/Menu needs to be created. Once the Restaurant/Menu is named the backend user will be able to add categories of products/food with child sub items. Ex. Appetizers-->> Chicken wings. Prices configuration for each food item is a must. A photo of the food may be attached to each food item (sub category). A pizza builder is preferred with tier pricing. Selecting a base pizza and crust style. Then the adding toppings that can be added and priced accordingly whole or half pizza. Store hours also must be entered into fields as well as what services the restaurant offers. Delivery, pickup, etc.. The store hours must work with a notification and disabling ordering during the time the store is closed.
In the front end a registered user must be able to select the food items and add them to a shopping cart with the correlating prices. The user must be able to pay via paypal or google checkout. Users payment information and order history must be able to be saved based on their login. The order then needs to be generated. This needs to be a backend selectable option to either output as an email or into a Point of Sale live Ajax screen or both. The point of sale needs to be so that the Restaurant owner may login to an account and view the orders as they come through as well as pull up order history and statistics.
A good representation is a site I have built with a separate PHP script. I need something just like it but to work within joomla. This is the temporary site http://orders.orderango.com/index.php?site=2
