1. Build a Joomla Template from supplied PSD
2. Build an original Component to handle the unique Top Slider

Communication Note: freelancer must be able to communicate via "Skype" or some equivalent communication source.

Sample of what the site, template, positions need to like is attached.
Note: you need to just design the template and show a demo of it working.
> 2. Build an original Component to handle the unique Top Slider
Sample of what the slider should look like, be placed, and it's default overlay image.
Note: The unique nature of this slider component we need built is the "default overlaying image" and how the "slider" positioned at the "top_joomla" position needs to be a-budding "top_1_joomla", "top_2_joomla". and "top_3_joomla" for the design to keep it's look when those positions are used.
