Joomla Website to be completed

I have a current website that I am running using Joomla 1.5.23 with a custom template that I have had created. I'm changing the Company name to a new name, and would like to update the site to the new Name/URL and also use the new Joomla 2.5.7 format. I do have a Working Template thats installed on Site A/Business A. I would like to Move the Contents from Site/URL A to Site/URL B and update some of the look of the Site A so Site B looks a little more up to date. The site was built Oct 2011 and we are happy with the look and feel, however we are missing a Few Components that were not included in the original build. We are a Telecom Company, we sell SIP Service and IP/PBX Phone Systems and Hardware. We would like to have an online Service Order Form/Subscription section. We would also like to have a more up to date looking Contact Us Page and also have more Professional Looking Get Help Now, Request free Quote, and Free Demo links/forms on the site as well. I have a few of our competitors sites who have some of the above noted items for reference as well.
