The website should be built on Joomla 2.5 or Joomla 3.0 platform.
Its completely new website with maximum of 30 pages.
All articles should be rich in presentation created with the help of K2
The website will have integrated with all necessary extensions and plugins
All Required images will be supplied by us
All plugins & extensions will be acquired through open source while template will be chosen by us
amongst the club membership of vendor
Work Flow Process
1) Proposal by vendors with specific milestones, time duration for each milestone and cost of services for each milestone
2) Shortlisting, negotiation and finalization of vendor
3) Identification of template by cenpap
4) Supply of text and image content by CENPAP
5) customization of the chosen template by vendor
6) uploading and customisation of extensions & plugins
7) final coding and website preparation by vendor
8) Provision of hosting account by CENPAP (hosting account is already created)
9) Uploading website, setting up of email and pointers by vendors
10 ) Testing and bug fixing by vendor
Qualifications of Vendor
The vendor should have experience of building minimum of 5 Joomla sites during the last two years.
References of Joomla site along with admin contacts (mobile & email Id) will have to be submitted along with proposal.
The vendor should have membership in any one of the following Joomla club:

e) Mixwebtemplates.com
f) Rockettheme.com
