Hello,
I'm looking for someone in order to help me out with a project,
This is a website like www.justanswers.com, but this will be in a different language (portuguese) and will have some more funcitions:
1 - Feedback system that will block professionals that have more then 3 negative answers (unblocked can be done in the admin page.
2 - Buttom for the users to deny the answer and this same question goes to the admin pane in order to be analyse
3 - Different payment gateway, APIs available in portuguese (will help translate)
4 - Chat system, that can be enable and disable from the admin pane
5 - Monitoring pane with the number of questions, professionals (online and offline)
6 - Training session for professional in how to use the website and how to help the website sharing ads and more
7 - Price needs to incluse advertising on google for 6 months, also need to create a simple flash animation showning how the site works
8 - Express professional (this ois when someone knwo how to answer one question but do not have all the requirements to be a registered professional, this can be answered, but user that post the question can deny or accept the answer
9 - gOnline gagets (example: forum owners can post question related to their subejct, let's say a hardware forum, the owner can put hardware like open qestion in order to chalnege the users or some more reasons.
Couple more features can be added along the project, but simple.
Design incluse on this project (website and logo), budget is maximum $2000 dolars, please do not make bid higher then that, will be rejected.
