This project requires the following attributes and agreements in order to be eligible for this project. With that said, the rate of this project will not be inflated. Requirements needed to have 'Private Message' regarded. 1) Must be detail oriented. Must be willing to work within a time frame. 2) This will be a phase project. Programmer is paid per phase. The first phase will be core/design and as time goes on they will become modifications paid per task. 3) If you are a bot, you will not be eligible for this project.
