Project Description:
We are starting a parcel/mail forwarding company similar to usa2me.com, mailboxforwarding.com, shipito.com etc..
Memebers will be able to have U.S. items shipped to our address. We will then forward items in one package to them to their international address.

1. General menus including about us, rates, FAQ, sign up, member login, etc.
We are focusing more on entertainment and would like a sharper looking more eye catching site than the examples listed above.
Sign up

1. New member should be able to sign up entering their info and automaticly be emailed a customer number.
2. Pay for service using paypal
Members Area

Allows the customer to view and edit.
1. Their current info.
2. Upload a few files to be saved in there account and downloaded or printed by us.
Waiting Delivery (Members Area)

This area listed under members will collect information about parcels that are awaiting to be sent.
1. Parcel Received (Date, Time)
2. Members should be able to let us know when they want it to ship.
3. Pay for the shipping costs before we ship.
Sent Items (Members Area)

This will list all parcels that have been forwarded to the customer, details will include:
1. Parcels Sent (Date, Time)
2. Postal companies tracking number.
3. Invoice details (package details,postage cost, shipping details... ect...)
Administration Area

1. Maintain customers (edit customer details - U.S. address, Forwarding address, customer number)
2. Maintain parcels (assign incoming items to customer which parcel relates to using box number)
3. Option to add and maintain additional services such as shipping fees, combining parcels (These services then are displayed on items on the 'Waiting Delivery' page).
4. Send members an invoice for postage & then know what postage has been paid for so we can ship.
5. Maintain invoice layout.
6. Maintain front page layout.
7. Print pull lists of boxes member wants shipped so we can update postage cost and send invoice.
8. Print a pull list when postage is paid and package is ready to ship.
Administration should be able to review and change any information.
We would like to have a bar code system with the backend.
1. Print a bar code and the members info to attach to new members phsyical mailboxes in our warehouse
2. Scan incoming packages that will upload to the members area.
3. Scan the packages out when we ship.
