We need a website very similar to megavideo.com, can also be taken as a reference www.videobb.com page.
We need a website that is able to support file uploads by users, users can upload video files, the website should be able to accept a lot of video formats and then convert them to flv and automatically (users should be able to remote upload files from sites such as rapidshare, ul.to, ...).
There should be two types of users, regular users and content owners, both types users can upload video files, the website should be able to accept a lot of video formats and then convert them to flv and automatically the user must have a profile, you must be able to place a photo as an avatar, a panel on which are posted all the videos showing basic statistics as the title, number of times seen, category, etc ... Content owners can also claim for their rights in any of the videos, for every 10000 the user(uploader) and content ower should receive certain compensation which should be fixed from the admin panel and slipt in a percentage between uploader and content owners.
Both type of user will have a panel with statistics of their earnings, the panel should be line graph, and there should be a button that says, collect my earnings, to transfer money to your paypal personal account, there to collect a minimum amount and this will placed by the administrator.
It is very necessary that the website has an area of administration, must be a cms site, an admin area like wordpress, joomla, etc ... we are not saying that with this design, we mean the basic idea of area of administration. There are some specific things in the area of administration and these are the ability to create different types of administrators, as in joomla, the same restrictions we can not put here because it is not enough space, but in summary in the area of administration, should be able to delete videos (which are also deleted from the server to amazon or at least give us the name of the file to delete it manually), set prices for subscription plans, prices drop to videos visits, ie by example, put $ 1.00 per 1,000 visits but be able to change it.
It is also important that no paying members should have restricted time to watch videos this should be set and modified from the administration panel.
and finally it is important to create within the Web site administrator advertising campaign, the website should show at least 3 banners on each page and these will be positioned himself still, the advertising manager must be able to charge the campaigns, placing banners, impressions count and provide this information to the advertise. Also it should be possible to add videoads to no paying members.
