Currently have two websites operating and would like a price on merging the two websites
one is a ABC.com and once is a ABC.com.au (format - these are obviously not the real domains)
Both sites have a range of page types (some are php, some html etc)
Both sites currently have website baker CMS loaded (almost all pages in the site)
I would like to merge the .com.au site (approx 110 pages) into the .com site (approx 15 pages)
The sites are hosted on our server and all the content (pages) are easily accessible ....
I have been quoted $ amounts im not happy with ...

Few extra notes:
1. I would like to change from a word baker CMS to a Wordpress CMS (or something similar with more functionality and easier ability to modify visually)
2. The .com site has 2 secure aspx portal pages (not hosted in the CMS) which are vital - everything else on both sites is just information and user manuals
3. I would expect that all data is transferred across from the two current sites to the new (eg wordpress) CMS site
4. I would like a modern design but not to keen / happy to use a standard wordpress template - would like something more advanced/fancier - something like a windows 8 style ....
