We have successfully developed and hosted many Joomla sites. I have studied your site and the components used. I am confident of migrating the site successfully. Work involved :Backup + Installation of new version of Joomla + Installation of components + Content transfer from old site to new site + Content sanitization as per new Joomla version + Verification by client + Corrections if any) We have verified that all components used here are non-commercial and available for version 2.5.
