Migrating from joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and update template

Project Description:
I need help with migrating website from 1.5 to 2.5 and also update to new template. today we use 1.5-template Teline from Joomlart and would like to use the 2.5-template Teline IV from Joomlart.com.

The website is hosted on own linux server.?

This is some system information that maybe give you a better picture???

I want the new site to look as much as the old one as possible, with slight changes…

The main layout uses the columns (main, left, right)

First of all I need four positions at the top for logo and banners (585x140 px each), above the menu.

The main layout (for the main articles) is to the left, and should be 728 px wide. Then 10 pixles ”air” before the next column, Left column (240 pixles wide) and 10 pixles air before the right column (250 pixles).

Otherwise the design should look like it does today, if possible…


I have alreday bought the template, and some modules/components that also needs to be istalled (and migrate stuff from old 1.5-components/modules).

The most important is that articles with pictures are migrated into the new site. Also all the registrered users in the database needs to be migrated to new site.

The following extensions is the ones i know that i want to use on the 2.5-site. Maybe some other ones I dont know about will be needed…

-If possible Frontpage Slideshow from Gavick, otherwise ImageShow GK4 from Gavick).
-Jom Comments (if not possible to migrate = I have bought JA Comment from Joomlart.com)
-JomSocial (2.5-version bought)
-Zoo (2,5-version bought)

Please, write ”FB-change” in subject, so that I know that you have read the description… I will not pay in Advance. One milestone after template design is ok, and the other when migrate is done and everything is ok...
